What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. Written in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

When you book a trial we collect your name, one contact method, the student's age and current level. When you join the waitlist we collect an email address. Nothing else is required to work with us.

What we use it for

Arranging lessons, teaching them, and telling you things you asked to be told. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to lists you did not ask for.

Children

For students under eighteen we hold a first name, an age and a level, and we take instructions from a parent or guardian. Where a lesson is recorded, that recording is visible only to that family and the teacher. We do not publish a child's photograph, name or work without written permission from a parent, and we never use a child's material to train any software.

Who else sees it

The teacher who teaches you, and the services we use to run the school: video calls, scheduling, payments and email. Each of them sees only what it needs.

How long we keep it

While you study with us and for one year afterwards, so a returning student does not start from nothing. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email in the footer and we will answer within a week.

Cookies

One cookie remembers whether you chose tenge or dollars. Analytics is cookieless and counts pages, not people. There is no advertising tracker on this site.

This is our own draft and is being reviewed by a lawyer before launch. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it in writing.
