The agreement between you and English Language Center when you take a course.

Enrolment
A place is confirmed when the first month is paid. Groups start at the beginning of a month, private lessons in the week after the trial.
Timetable
Group times are fixed for the month so the group stays together. Private lessons can move with one day of notice.
In the classroom
We expect students to arrive on time and to let others speak. We can ask a student to leave a group if that is not workable, and we refund the remainder of the month if we do.
Recordings
Where a lesson is recorded, the recording is for the students in that lesson. You may not publish or share a recording that contains another student without their permission.
Payment
Courses are paid monthly in advance, by card or in tenge through Kaspi. Prices are as published on the pricing page on the day you enrol.
Changes
If we change a price, current students keep the old price for three months from the date we tell them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
